On another note; I want to thank the many kind comments that I received this week about the value of this newsletter. I also appreciate the many suggestions and corrections to information. This is truly a community effort and you can consider this information "your" information! I can also see many of you are on your way to cleaning up your duplicate e-mails; I am seeing many unsubscription requests from the comcast addresses. Keep up the great work! If you are having any kind of problems, please let me know.
Frisco Police Department grand opening was very impressive. I want to thank all the citizens who have supported our Police department by approving the funds needed for the new Headquarters. Our very professional Police Department now has the right facility to help them do their job of keeping us safe.
You will also notice, because of the added power of this new format, that the Agenda you are receiving has a few more features. First and foremost; I am toying with linking the items to the background information. I am not sure how consistent I can be with this feature as timing is an issue. This feature will allow you to look at the backup material (I typically receive many questions on some items; this will help give everyone a better understanding of what the issue is). You will also find a forward link (above) and a signup link (also above). Many times, these reports are being forwarded to others and this just makes it easier for them to subscribe to future notices.
I hope everyone has a safe weekend and see you at Frisco Square on the snow slide!!
