H.) Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement by and between the City of Frisco and CTL Thompson Texas LLC for the Geotechnical Investigations for a pond located at Beavers Bend Park. (Parks and Recreation/DR)
I.) Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Contract Amendment #1 to HNTB, for Professional Services for Stonebrook Parkway (Legacy Drive to Longhorn Road). Engineering Services/EM)
J.) Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution approving an amendment to the Municipal Maintenance Agreement by and between the City of Frisco and the Texas Department of Transportation for the Furnishing, Installing, Operation, and Maintenance of Cameras on State Highway Rights-of-Way to Monitor Compliance with Traffic Control Signals; authorizing the City Manager to modify, from time to time, the camera locations. Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment Number One to the Professional Services Agreement by and between the City of Frisco and HBC Terracon for the construction materials testing services for the Frisco Police Holding Facility. M.) Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Detention Facilities Agreement with the Frisco Independent School District for the proposed Wade Plaza Detention Pond. (Engineering/EM)
N.) Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Engineering Design Services Agreement with GSWW, Inc., for the Preston Manor Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement. (Engineering/EM)

Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Development Agreement by and between the City of Frisco and the Greenway-Warren, L.P., for property located on the southeast corner of Gaylord and Warren Parkways. P.) Consider and act upon adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement by and between the City of Frisco and North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) for the Clean Fleet Vehicle Program. (CMO/JM)
Q.) Consider and act on declaring the attendance at the Mayor’s Roast Gala a public purpose benefiting the Miracle League and authorization to purchase a table for the event. (City Manager’s Office/GP)

A. Consider and act upon adoption of an Ordinance to rezone 82.8+ acres on the east side of Coit Road, 900+ feet north of Panther Creek Parkway from Agricultural to Planned Development-Single Family-3/Single Family-4/Single Family-5. Neighborhood #5. (Planning & Development Services)
B. Consider and act upon adoption of an Ordinance to rezone 15.8+ acres on the north side of SH 121, 1,000+ feet west of Custer Road from Agricultural to Highway. Neighborhood #27. (Planning & Development Services)

12. Consider and act to terminate the CCART fixed route bus system and use the remaining funds to retain a consultant to conduct a transit study to evaluate options for public transit and the potential for a trolley system. (Planning & Development Services)
13. Consider and Act Upon Award of Bid #0701-017, Sale of Real Property in Frisco Square and approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement for this sale. (Administrative Services/NL)
14. Consider and act upon approval of and Amendment to the Frisco Square Agreement and adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement. Tabled 01/03/07, 01/16/07 (Administrative Services/NL)
15. Consider and act upon proposed Settlement Agreement with Charles and Betty Shoemaker in Cause No. 2006-50103-367; City of Frisco, Texas vs. Charles E. Shoemaker and Betty D. Shoemaker and to authorize the City Manager to take all actions necessary to effectuate the same and adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement. 16. Consider and act upon whether to direct staff to submit a written notice of appeal on behalf of the City Council to Planning & Development Services, pursuant to Article IV, Section 1.07(C) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and/or Section 4.05 of the Subdivision Regulation Ordinance, regarding action taken by the Planning & Zoning Commission on any site plan or plat. Any written notice of appeal must be submitted to Planning & Development Services.
17. City Council discussion with City Staff concerning any actions required by City Staff as a result of any item on tonight’s agenda.
18. Discussion on Governance Monitoring of present City Council Meeting.
